This strain originates in the Hindu Kush, a hilly region of northern Afghanistan. Additionally, it is a common plant in the Armu Darya River valleys. Users adore how much CBD it holds, and growers adore how resilient it is. This kind is a keeper for effects that have a noticeable physical impact. For hundreds of years, Afghan Kush flourished in the hard environmental conditions of its native area and evolved over many generations, becoming more refined. This is located close to the Tajikistan and Uzbekistan borders. The successive crossings between the Kush varieties indeed resulted in a stable strain.
This emits a potent aroma similar to that of Afghani hashish. Afghan Kush typically contains 14 to 19% THC, but its effects go above and beyond that since the plant cannabinoids during extraction. Medical marijuana users frequently say it helps with sleeplessness, stress, and anxiety despite having a relatively low CBD content (0.2%) which can provide therapeutic benefits in a delicious package. Afghan Kush is known for making people joyful, sluggish, and hungry. Thus it’s not an excellent strain for someone seeking to stay productive due to its powerful physical impacts.
The body experiences unusually strong impacts from its high, making the user feel sluggish and/or tired. It has a euphoric impact and is advised for usage at night because it effectively relieves aches and pains. Many reviews claim that it makes it difficult to move after eating and makes them hungry. This strain’s sedative qualities earn it a high ranking among those who suffer from sleeplessness. However, this strain has occasionally been reported to cause mild dizziness and paranoia as unwanted side effects, but only when misused. A few hours after the high wears off, headaches could happen if too much is ingested. As your muscles loosen up and your body relaxes, you’ll feel your anxieties vanish. However, too much dosage can result in a restless night’s sleep, so use caution. Because you might nod off while relaxing on the couch, it is better to attempt it in the evening.
Afghan Kush has distinctive flavor and aroma qualities. This strain’s flavors and fragrances are earthy and woody, with faintly spicy, almost herbal undertones. The aroma is reminiscent of earthy funk, mango, and tropical oranges. Thanks to the pine and herbal scents, your garden (or home) will smell like Afghan Kush. In comparison to certain other strains, the taste is much weaker. Some floral terpenes in Afghan Kush exist, albeit they are not usually detectable in the flavor. Smokers primarily perceive a little spicy, earthy flavor when smoking feminized Afghan Kush.
In contrast to more “skunky” strains, the aftertaste suggests burnt incense and charcoal and fades rapidly. Given that Afghan Kush has a long history of being used to create classic Black Afghan and Charas hash variants, it makes sense that some users associate this taste with hash. Due to a thick layer of icy trichomes, the buds from this strain are very sticky. Due to the abundance of pistils, they usually have a dark green look with faint orange undertones.
Afghan Kush’s potent Indica genes allow novice and experienced growers to produce abundant harvests easily. Medium-sized, bushy plants with short internodal spacing and broad, dark-green leaves are produced by this strain. During their vegetative periods, these plants are known to grow rapidly, eventually becoming dense shrubs. Like other Indica strains, Outdoor growers can harvest up to 28 ounces of bud per plant with the right care. You’re in luck if you like growing marijuana indoors because Afghan Kush seeds are feminized and perfect for indoor growers.
Indoor setups might be more difficult to maintain and cost more upfront, but the work is well worth it. For feminized Afghan Kush seedlings, Greenhouse environments are entirely superior. You can use all available natural sunlight, but you can also add more light using High-Pressure Sodium (HPS) or Metal Halide (MH) bulbs. Feminized Afghan Kush enables you to produce a dense canopy of colas, unlike Sativa-dominant strains. Growers can also spot strong, thick branches that can support large colas. Afghan Kush requires warm, sunny weather for the best results. So that your crop might be ready by October, you should begin sowing your weed seeds in early to mid-June. It has a solid reputation for being disease- and pest-resistant. Blossoming takes eight to nine weeks. It can only be grown in warm climates and produces amazing results. Its ability to induce physical relaxation is something to be valued more.
The fact that feminized Afghan Kush seeds are simple to grow makes them so enticing. These hardy plants have excellent insect resistance; they are native to the Hindu Kush mountains.
Pinene and myrcene are the two most prevalent terpenes in Afghan Kush. Myrcene is what gives feminized Afghan Kush its well-known earthy aromas. Pinene enhances the scent of a beautiful day spent strolling in the woods.
Carefully trim. To keep your plant healthy, remove dead or dying foliage regularly. Additionally, you must be careful not to overcut your feminized Afghan Kush. and keep the environment. Keep the temperature between the range of 75 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit. You should also aim for relative humidity between 55% and 65%.

good seed to try!.a strain that has a classic aroma.after 6 weeks time,it flowers that produce a high yields about 500-600gr/plant..great choice for novice growers who look for an easy growing strain..it endures in warm environment spot under sunlight..gives a solid high with deep relaxation. she has a lot of branches, strong strain that can bear the heaviness of her huge colas,no need for a support..Afghan will be happy if planted outdoors with sunlight. Also, she will flourish well in cold climate that yields around 21oz/plant..smoke this with your buddies and be surprised with her strong earthy scent, first puff releases a blend of sweet floral spicy notes that flows the entire room, and it leaves a herbal aftertaste..she offers strong blow after a hit that uplifts senses and body relaxation. sooo glad! this cannabis take away my worries and makes me feel happy everyday. be aware of her mild effects, bloodshot eyes and dry mouth..

really stable growth and flowering. shifting to a LED lighting sys worked for me, this plant will grow under any condition. i don’t recommend it with other varieties though especially for regular seeds. needs minimum curing because the buds are already super fragrant and strong. the buds had a strong gassy taste that was pretty dry on the throat but its a really classic flavor. lit up a joint and it instantly overwhelmed by body. got deep thought and a seriously sleepy vibe. kinda hard to hate this! 5 of 5 always for afghani kush

new growers will loved this! so easy to grow can be both indoor and outdoor, i have it outdoor. No worries, this strain is diseases and pests resistance. (8-9 weeks) time, this plant come with thick buds covered in crystals, also has broad leaves. As an indica strain,i knew it gives deep relaxation, that heavy body feeling tends me not to leave the bed. Sometimes, busy days that so overwhelming makes me forget to be happy in life. I sit down and slow down things, toke some of Afghan Kush felt that earthy and pine-like aroma smoke with the sweet after taste. So delightful!.

Despite its strong earthy and Pinesol-like smell, the aftertaste of this Afghan Kush was surprisingly sweet. After smoking just a few puffs, I was left feeling heavy and dazed that I can barely leave the couch. Also, I love how the plant looks after flowering so fast – covered with hair, trichomes and dense buds. I’m very satisfied with my purchase!

I’m a long time user of Afghan and this is really one of the best i’ve tried recently. I never really stopped growing this strain in my gardens but the ones form here are top of my list for sure. Very very quick flowering and convenient to grow. They are really responsive to npk, got some seriously shrubby plants! Buds were frosty and filled with trichomes, I was eager to smoke them after drying! The high was very deep as usual. Its the perfect choice for a quick smoke before sleeping. Amazing strain right here, folks!
